1. What PakStudent is

PakStudent is a free educational platform for Class 9 and Class 10 students of all BISE boards in Pakistan. It provides AI-assisted solved chapter Q&A from the student's own uploaded textbook text, exercise solving, chapter tests, combined tests, a daily IQ challenge, study-time badges, cash rewards, toppers listings, school rankings and a free public notes library.

2. Accounts and registration

• You must provide true information: your real name, class, board, school, city, actual monthly school fee, and working mobile numbers of your father/guardian and yourself.
• A clear photo of the student (girls may use their father's photo) and of the father's CNIC is required for registration. Fake, edited or inappropriate photos lead to strikes or rejection.
• One account per student. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
• Schools not on our list can be added manually; an admin reviews and approves or rejects them.
• Accounts are protected by password hashing, login rate-limiting and automatic session expiry — still, choose a strong password and never share it.

3. How the learning system works

• You declare how many chapters your own textbook has (1–40). Once you start a book, its chapter count cannot be changed.
• Chapters unlock in order. To store a chapter you must upload its real text; the AI stores it only when it has read more than 100 words of genuine chapter text. AI-generated answers are study help, not guaranteed exam answers — see the Disclaimer.
• Each chapter has 4 tests. Passing mark is 40 out of 100, with grades A+ (80+), A (70+), B (60+), C (50+), D (40+). After you press Chapter Complete, a 2-day preparation time starts; then the 4 tests open and you may pass all 4 in one day. Test 2, 3 and 4 of a chapter unlock only after the previous test is passed.
• Combined tests cover all completed chapters of a book (minimum 2 chapters).
• Uploading a clear photo of your handwritten solved paper during a test earns +10 handwriting marks.

4. Honour code

Misbehaviour, cheating, fake uploads or abuse earn strikes. 10 strikes = permanent ban. Admins may also suspend or ban accounts immediately for serious violations (fraud, hacking attempts, illegal content).

5. Rewards and prizes

• Rewards require at least 1 hour of daily study activity on the platform and a verified profile.
• Fraud, cheating, fake or copied uploads, or a banned account cancels all pending rewards.
• Reward amounts, limits and rules may change at any time; changes apply going forward, never backwards to rewards already earned.
• Rewards are arranged with the parent/guardian through the registered mobile numbers. We never ask students for bank details.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading you give PakStudent permission to use that content to provide the service (for example, so the AI can prepare solved Q&A for you) and to review it for safety and reward verification. Upload only material you have the right to use — your own notes, your textbook's exercises for personal study, past papers. 7. Our content

The PakStudent name, logo, website design, notes library and test content belong to PakStudent. You may read, download and print our notes for personal study. You may not copy the website, republish our notes as your own, or use our name/logo without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

• No attempting to break into accounts, the admin panel, or the website itself;
• No scraping, spamming, or automated abuse of the site;
• No uploading viruses, illegal material, or another person's private data;
• No impersonating other students, teachers, schools or PakStudent staff;
• No using the platform for anything unrelated to education.

9. Data storage and your responsibility

Your data is stored in your own browser (see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for data lost because browser storage was cleared, a device was lost or changed, or a backup was not kept. Use the export feature regularly.

10. Advertising

The site may display advertisements (Google AdSense). Ads keep PakStudent free. Advertisers are responsible for their own ads; an advertisement is never an endorsement by PakStudent. See the Cookie Policy for ad-cookie choices.

11. Disclaimers and liability

PakStudent is provided "as is". We work hard to keep solved Q&A, notes and tests accurate, but we do not guarantee correctness or any exam result. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PakStudent is not liable for indirect losses — lost marks, lost data, lost time, or rewards cancelled due to rule violations. Full text: Disclaimer.

12. Termination

You may stop using PakStudent and delete your data at any time (clear browser storage or contact us). We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, following the strikes and moderation rules above.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be handled through friendly discussion with our support team; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

14. Changes and contact
